845 Halal brought authentic American halal cart food to the Hudson Valley — from a single Broadway storefront to three locations across the 845.
Starting on Broadway
In May 2022, 845 Halal opened on Broadway in Newburgh — halal cart food done right, with dine-in, takeout, delivery, and late-night hours from day one.
The food, front and center
Newburgers, 845 Zingers, gyros, platters, Peri-Peri Chicken, fried chicken, and seafood — all fresh and filling, anchored by chicken and lamb over rice with the famous white sauce.
Built with the community
The team proudly gives back to the community in meaningful ways, from catering free food for Community Day hosted by Masjid Al-Ikhlas to providing free water and chips every Saturday at our hydration center on Main Street in Beacon. Every Friday, we also share Samosas with our local Masjid in Newburgh. That same warmth and generosity carries into every shift, where our staff strive to make every first-time guest feel right at home.
Growing across the 845
Wappingers Falls opened in November 2024, then Beacon — bringing bold 845 flavor to more of the Hudson Valley.
